As part of the Saudi Organic Farming Association’s initiative to promote a culture of organic food and raise awareness of its health and environmental benefits, a group of hospitals participated in Organic Food Day, including King Abdulaziz University Hospital, King Khalid University Hospital, and King Faisal Specialist Hospital.

The College of Applied Sciences at the National Guard Hospital also organized specialized awareness events targeting patients, visitors, and hospital staff, which included informational booths, educational presentations, and brochures on the benefits of choosing organic products and their role in promoting health and preventing exposure to contaminants.

This participation is an extension of the Association’s efforts to promote the concept of organic food within healthcare facilities and to highlight its role in supporting quality of life and achieving environmental sustainability goals.
